Precision Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a key client in the Evendale, OH area. This client specializes in EMS billing services.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p
• Location: Hybrid role/ In office Tuesday - Thursday/ Remote Mondays and Fridays
• Pay: $35k - $40k per year (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

• Answer calls from patients to assist with questions surrounding their EMS statements.
• Correct invoicing of patient balances
• Mail appeal letters to payers
• Work with vender partners to obtain insurance information.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• Experience working in a patient-focused call center environment
• Experience with call center software
• Experience with medical claims and insurance explanation of benefits
• Knowledge of HIPAA
