Precision Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support order entry, order management, and account management functions. This role involves processing purchase orders, assisting customers and sales representatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Location: Blue Ash, OH
- Type: Temp to hire
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Depending on the client’s needs, a start time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. may be required.
- Pay: $18-$21
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, enter, and maintain customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Confirm order receipt and provide order acknowledgments and revisions as needed.
- Clarify incomplete or unclear order details, special product requests, and items requiring additional setup.
- Process order changes, cancellations, and credit card purchase information.
- Manage order discrepancies, expedites, and shipping inquiries while ensuring lead-time compliance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, carriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor shipping dates, provide proof of delivery, and assist with drop-ship and multi-location orders.
- Provide pricing, product availability, and account-related support.
- Assist with new account setup, account inquiries, and resolution of billing or debit issues.
- Process returns, replacement parts, missing items, credits, rebills, and commission adjustments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all order-related activities in the system.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in product training as available.
- Perform electronic and paper file management and other duties as assigned.
