Call Center Representative
Precision Staffing is in search of a Call Center Representative to collaborate with a reputable healthcare organization situated in the Cincinnati, OH vicinity. This temporary role is projected to commence in October and extend until the conclusion of December. Throughout the duration of this temporary assignment, candidates will be entitled to health and dental benefits, in addition to receiving weekly compensation.

Pay: $20 an hour

Hours: M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Bond Hill, OH

Duration: Oct 9th - December 31st, 2023

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative :

  • Answer inbound phone calls from employees
  • Assisting the employees with their HR related inquiries
  • Finding pertinent policies in computerized knowledge base
  • Logging cases for more complex questions/concerns and routing to the appropriate team
  • Organizing and filing documentation

Qualifications of the Call Center Representative :

  • 1+ years experience working in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Individual who is computer proficient and enjoys learning new software programs
  • Must be fully vaccinated!
