401k Policy Services Representative
Precision Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join the call center team of a well-known financial services organization. In this role, you'll assist customers by resolving inquiries, supporting case processing, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Contract: long term temp with the possibility of hire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rate: $21.80
Location: Remote
What You’ll Do:
- Research customer needs and challenges to develop informed, innovative solutions that build loyalty while staying within defined financial and procedural guidelines. Proactively communicate with customers throughout the process.
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong understanding of organizational systems and functions as they relate to administrative tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for both producers and customers, offering support and guidance on various case matters.
- Consistently meet or exceed service standards in terms of accuracy, turnaround time, and overall service quality.
- Manage account reconciliation using appropriate internal systems.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance departments as needed for complex case handling or customer complaints.
- Complete assigned projects and special tasks within established deadlines.
- Stay current on product knowledge, case education, and internal training initiatives; identify and resolve system or process-related issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Up to 2 years of experience in a financial services environment (required)
- Retirement plan experience (preferred)
