Commercial Carpenter / Lead Carpenter (Project Manager)
Location: Hamilton, OH 45015
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are hiring both Carpenters and Lead Carpenters / Project Managers to join our growing construction team. Most work is commercial construction with occasional residential projects throughout the Butler County area.
Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and repairs.
- Read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Lead Carpenter applicants: Supervise crews, coordinate projects, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Carpentry or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Lead Carpenter: 5+ years of commercial carpentry and leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have basic carpentry hand tools.
