Position: Candidate Service Advisor – Recruiter
Schedule: Full time, 1st shift Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Pay: depending on experience
Position Overview
Precision Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job order intake to candidate placement
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client service manager
Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding job opportunities and status updates
Build and maintain pipelines of candidates for future placements
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals
Qualifications
1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience in staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment
Sales or account management experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
