Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, including lathe and mill equipment, to produce precision parts
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Use mechanical power tools while working with metal components and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Hands on training
Qualifications
- Lathe & Mill CNC experience Preferred
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime
