Precision Staffing is seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinist with job shop experience to join our team on first or second shift. If you are looking for a non-production, engineer-to-order environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail matter, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- Flexible start/end times available depending on department needs.
Pay Rate: $26–$30/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities for CNC Mill Machinist:
- Setup and operate CNC mills including Hurco and other machines listed below.
- Perform First Article Inspections using precision measurement tools.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Conduct basic maintenance on assigned machinery.
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining independence on tasks.
Equipment Experience Preferred for CNC Mill Machinist:
- Hurco VMX24i, VMX42i, VMX50i
- Haas VF-1, VF-3
- Toyoda FA800 HMC, FV1565
- Feeler VB-1650
- Leblond Makino KE55
- ProtoTRAK / Bridgeport
Required Qualifications for CNC Mill Machinist:
- Minimum of 3 years of job shop CNC mill experience (not seeking machine operators)
- Must be able to perform own part and tool setups
- Must have own tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with Hurco machines strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of shop safety and precision machining standards
