Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Responsible for identifying prospects, securing business opportunities, and onboarding clients.
- Build and evolve a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources.
- Identify pain points, client needs, and solutions.
- Conduct thorough territory review and game plan for designated territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects.
- Engage and negotiate contract terms.
- Successfully transition new clients to the client services team.
- Implementing phone and in-person sales strategies to reach key manager to senior level managers.
Qualifications of the Business Development Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience selling into accounts.
- Current network in the NKY area highly desired.
- Understanding of how the staffing industry operates
- Must possess a proven track record of developing new sales pipelines and be able to leverage existing network of contacts.
