We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support service delivery through a strong understanding of company products, processes, and by conducting basic analysis. This role involves assisting retirement plan participants with inquiries, education, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will work under limited supervision and may provide guidance to entry-level associates.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate retirement plan participants on distribution, rollover, and consolidation options, assisting them throughout these processes.
- Guide participants in accessing their accounts online and resolving account-related issues.
- Support participant education regarding online tools (enrollment, transfers, loans, and withdrawals).
- Investigate and resolve participant issues, providing detailed written instructions to involved parties.
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, with prior contact center experience.
- Experience in retirement plans is a plus.
Schedule and Requirements:
- Must be willing to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Some overtime may be required.
