Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to perform hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards. The ideal candidate will follow written work instructions to ensure precision and quality. No prior experience is required—we provide training!
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install thru-hole components following detailed assembly drawings.
- Identify component values, polarity, and orientation for proper placement.
- Utilize basic and specialized production equipment as needed.
- Maintain quality standards and follow IPC-A-610 Class 2 guidelines.
- Work effectively with team members and assist in training when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous production or assembly experience preferred, but not required—we will train!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift light materials as needed.
