Assembler – 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
Precision Staffing is seeking motivated, detail-oriented candidates to join a global leader in composite manufacturing. This role involves assembling parts at a workstation in a fast-paced production environment serving industries such as wind power, transportation, and infrastructure.
Position Details:
- Shifts & Pay:
- Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $22.50/hour
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, for the first 2 weeks
- Location: Erlanger, Kentucky 41018
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts at a workstation according to specifications.
- Follow control plans, assembly instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Stand for full shifts and maintain focus on accuracy and quality.
- Utilize basic hand tools and measurement tools as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes required.
