Accounts Receivable Specialist

Precision Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-respected company in the Miamisburg, OH area. We are looking for this person to start ASAP.

• Shift: Mon-Fri
• Hours: 8am-5pm
• Location: Miamisburg, OH

Duties of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Handling and recording cash receipts and applying them to the correct invoice
• Partnering with outside collection agencies as needed
• Handling all AR disputes and various vendor portals
• Performing daily account reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly close out as needed
• Evaluating current policies and process improvements continuously
• Auditing and reporting as needed

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 2 years of experience with collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with SAGE300 (preferred) or an ERP system
