RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
• Produce error-free accounting reports.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Manage A/R and A/P specialists as well as an Accounting Assistant.
• Assist with external audits, income taxes and acquisition accounting.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.

QUALIFICATIONS OF ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant preferred.
• Proven experience as a controller, manager, or accounting supervisor.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and understanding of GAAP Required!
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
