Job Description
Precision Staffing is seeking an Account Executive for a key client in the EMS billing industry. This would be an excellent opportunity for an outgoing EMT to transition into a sales role.
Location: Must be located in the Midwest region. Will be required to meet clients in the Cincinnati office 2-3 times per year. Will be on the road 1-2 days per week.
Pay: $45K-$55K base salary PLUS generous commission plan
Responsibilities of Account Executive:
- Meet with new and existing clients to discuss their EMS billing needs
- Negotiate with clients, help solve their problems, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Checking, troubleshooting, and reporting on client progress.
- Review monthly client revenue, client transports, and other aspects of revenue cycle management.
Requirements for Account Executive:
- Outgoing and professional personality.
- Previous sales experience a PLUS
- Experience or knowledge of the EMS industry desired.
- Ability to communicate with high level individuals such as Fire Chiefs.
