• Pay: $39K-$50K + quarterly bonuses based on company's performance!
• Shift: Mon- Fri
• Hours: 8:30am-5pm; Hybrid role/ In office Tuesday - Thursday/ Remote Mondays and Fridays.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

• Supervision of payment posters on and offsite and payment posting processes.
• Perform various accounts receivable and payable functions.
• End of month reconciliation and invoicing Clients.
• Gather payment information from various methods.
• Reconcile daily cash deposits.
• Review and correct any payment posting errors.
• Issue refunds on patient accounts.
• Assess bad debt and work closely with Outside Collection Agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS OF ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

• 2+ years prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• 3+ years’ experience in Payment Posting – Medical
• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management.  
• Previous experience with QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of cash receipts, reconciliation and remittance posting (ERAs).
• Must have medical reimbursement knowledge.
• Understanding ERA, Remits, and EFTs.
