HR Service Resolution Specialist
We are seeking an HR Service Resolution Specialist to be the primary contact for associates, managers, and executives regarding HR service issues. This role involves collaborating with HR leaders to identify root causes and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences. Effective communication of updates on escalated issues is essential. This fully on-site position requires travel to four local hospitals (Suffolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, and Franklin).
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Locations: Hampton Roads and Newport News, VA areas
- Type: Contract with the possibility of being hired on near the end of the contract
- Pay:$31-$33/hr
Essential Job Functions of the HR Service Resolution Specialist:
- Address associate concerns about HR services, gather information, and provide follow-up timeline.
- Build relationships with market managers to resolve associate issues.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to expedite resolutions and identify root causes.
- Form resolution teams, develop plans, and track progress.
- Propose solutions based on a thorough understanding of policies and procedures.
- Update market executives on HR service metrics and issues.
- Proactively prevent escalations to management.
- Conduct regular rounds to enhance HR service tools and provide necessary training.
Qualifications of the HR Service Resolution Specialist:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR is required.
