Job Description

Precision Staffing is seeking eager leaders who are excited to lead and encourage other employees! Precision is seeking two lead production workers to work with a well-known manufacturing company in the Price Hill, OH area.

  • Location: Cincinnati, OH 45204
  • Pay: $17.50/Hr
  • Hours: M-F (Optional Saturday OT) 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
  • Benefits offered: Competitive, weekly pay & Insurance selections include Medical, Dental, STD, Life

Lead Production Worker Responsibilities:

  • Working on production line to wrap, box, label, and carton products
  • Loading products on to pallets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coaching/encouraging other team members when production seems to be slowing

Qualifications of the Production Worker:

  • Assembly line experience
  • Previous Leadership experience
  • GED or high school diploma
