Technical Support Representative - $17.50 -Tech Support Experience Required!
Precision Staffing is partnering with a world class automotive technology supplier to add a technical support representative to their growing team. This temp to hire opportunity is fully remote for those who are located in the following states (OH, KY, MI, IN, VA, SC, TX, & FL). As a technical support representative you will be the first point of contact for all technical troubleshooting via phone and chat!
- Hours: M-F 9am to 5:30 (EST)
- Pay: $17.50 hr
- Location: Fully remote

Duties of the Technical Support Representative:
- Provide technical support on radar detectors, dash cams, and military grade walkie talkies, CB radios, power inverters and jump starters
- Assist with setting up devices, orders and repairs, refunds, questions about products they offer, and order tracking
- Assisting all customers via phone and email in a timely manner with a positive attitude
Qualifications of the Technical Support Representative:
- Able to provide detailed customer service
- Must have steady WIFI and your own functional computer during the temp to hire period
- High school degree required
