Precision Staffing is looking for Roadside Dispatchers with a strong Customer Service background to help customers navigate through emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance events.
- Shift: Tuesday - Saturday; 2:00PM - 10:30PM (Flexible on hours and days)
- Training Period: Monday - Friday; 9:00AM - 5:30PM (2-weeks)
- Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities of Roadside Dispatcher:
- Effectively communicate with customers to swiftly resolve emergent or maintenance needs through all stages of a service event, including vendor selection, dispatch, follow-up, and completion.
- Accurately relay breakdown specifics to ensure timely repairs and precise dispatching.
- Communicate with a wide variety of vendors.
- Resolve on-demand customer requests and provide product and service information.
- Create repair estimates and obtain appropriate customer approvals as required.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, routing calls to appropriate resources and/or the leadership team.
- Achieve individual production targets or quotas; assist the team in reaching monthly budget requirements for service events.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Flexibility with schedule to assist with a 24/7, 365 environment.
