Precision Staffing is supporting a prominent provider in emergency roadside assistance for the intermodal and over-the-road transportation sectors. Thier specialization lies in expedited service and preventative maintenance protection for owner operators and fleets, guaranteeing swift equipment recovery and minimal downtime.

Type: Temp to hire

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Location: Florence, KY

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

As a Maintenance & Repair Invoice Auditor, you play a crucial role in our operations by meticulously entering and reviewing vendor invoices and photos. Your accuracy ensures precise invoicing to our customers, contributing to our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our customer and vendor networks.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter vendor invoices into our systems.

- Communicate with vendors via email and phone to resolve invoice discrepancies.

- Analyze photos to meet specific customer requirements and adhere to UIIA standards.

- Utilize various internal and external programs to research vendor payments.

- Issue virtual payments to vendors without established payment terms.

- Identify and escalate priority issues, routing calls to the appropriate resources or leadership.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in data entry is preferred.

- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve disputes effectively.

- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects or service events simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new computer or mobile applications.

- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
