Job Description

The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to maintaining accurate and time-sensitive reporting to jurisdictional agencies as part of the Regulatory Compliance and Communications (RCC) Centralized Reporting Team (CRT) as well as providing administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance and Communications team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • A High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Computer skills including MS Office, email, and Internet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of initiative and confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills

Additional Information


· Develop and maintain a working familiarity with regulations and guidelines for state agencies.

· Analyze and process client data to appropriate agencies

· Track client non-compliance

· Escalate reporting issues

· Adhere to reporting agency guidelines and timelines

· Answer phone calls in a customer service role

· Administrative duties

· Other duties as necessary
