Job Description per employer:
Under general supervision, perform outbound customer contact (email and phone) to verify account setup, onboard new customers and schedule merchant conversions. Support internal and external teams to ensure merchant set up is completed expeditiously and accurately adhering to published Service Level Agreements. Support the bank client and its merchants by performing software and terminal installations and downloads. This includes but is not limited to software and terminal installations, trouble-shooting and downloading applications for processing of credit, debit, gift card and point-of-sale (POS) check to process for all terminal types. Responsibilities also include completing the installation or download to the merchant’s satisfaction including ensuring equipment is operational, training the merchant on the equipment and ensuring the merchant is actively processing.
