Core Responsibilities·

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, merchants, dealers and internal departments.
  • Be able to assist the caller by gathering pertinent account information and deciphering the caller’s need.
  • Place outbound calls to merchants, dealer and internal departments
  • Create the appropriate ticket for follow up by a Tier 2 or Tier 3 agent.
  • Be able to navigate CRM, MAS and GAA
  • Assist with daily reports, projects as assigned by managers
  • Accurately and efficiently complete Tier 1 designated tickets
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year previous customer service experience required.
  • Must be familiar and strong with Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem solving skills
  • Critical thinking using logic and reason
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
