Precision is seeking a seasoned tech support agent to join one of our most reputable companies in the West Chester area. This company provides a fun, engaging, and family-oriented work environment.
You will get the chance to assist customers via phone and chat regarding their technical inquiries.
We are looking for someone who is considerably tech-savvy, detail orientated, experienced with troubleshooting equipment, working with a ticketing system, and providing detailed customer service. Perfect candidate would be someone who has first line help desk or tech support.
This person must have call-center and troubleshooting experience to be considered.
Our opening is starting ASAP after the interview process is completed. The schedule is Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM starting at $16.50 an hour.
