  • Investigates and processes incoming customer and financial institution credit card disputes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external as well as internal customers.
  • Handle high volume customer, financial institution, and/or Visa/MasterCard inquiries.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures, particularly in regard to customer confidentiality.
  • Waive finance charges, late charges related to charge backs or fees for financial institutions.
  • Manages timeliness for assigned queue workflow. 


  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
