Assist management with the selection of talent for a variety of open positions. Responsibilities include the following as it relates to the position of recruiter: source, screen, identify, interview candidates; support management with the process; work closely with the HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition as it pertains to the offer and onboarding of selected talent. This contract position will be for approximately 6 months and is located in downtown Cincinnati, OH.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Screen, interview, and recruit primarily exempt applicants for open positions
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Make hiring recommendations to businesses and notify applicants of consideration or declination; in partnership with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquitions, prepare and extend job offers
Source through internal/external job fair events, advertisements, computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referral

Required Technical Skills:
Minimum 3 years of IT and/or Insurance Industry recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher - preferred
Quantifiable track record as a top-performing recruiter
Innate ability to understand the job requirements
Experience screening candidates, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks
A proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and service level agreements
Strong initiative and the ability to successfully recruit for multiple openings simultaneously

Confidence in tapping a wide range of outlets by phone and online to source prospective candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
