Large company looking for top of the line call center agents to provide Inbound, outbound, email, and chat support.  This client is currently on a strong growth curve and has many openings available to start straight away! As an agent you will:

  • Actively listen and ask questions to fully understand, identify, and validate the customer’s problem.
  • Provide assistance in trouble shooting the customer’s electronic device
  • Document all information received during the call, as well as the result with appropriate notation / coding
  • Meet and exceed key metrics – such as calls per hour, adherence, and quality


  • Must be able to work flexible days
  • Must have at least one year of helpdesk support experience and at least one year of troubleshooting experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to provide full documentation of customer interactions
  • Must be computer / Tech Savvy
