Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting plan participants with inbound customer service needs over the phone
  • Troubleshooting web access issues and questions
  • Guiding users through online self-service functions to review and adjust plan details
  • Addressing questions regarding contributes, distributions, plan rules, etc.
  • Maintaining and building excellent customer service relationships with clients, stakeholders and end user participants


  • Strong customer service acumen
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Conceptual understanding of 401k / IRA retirement plans
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
