1st, MID and 2nd Shifts! & $13.00 hr!

This is an inbound call center position that will require you to have high critical thinking skills and be considered as an detail orientated person. Main functions of this position would include troubleshooting an FDA regulated medical devise and assisting customers via phone or chat support. Multi-screen usage is available.




  • Actively listen and ask questions to fully understand, identify, and validate the customer’s problem.
  • Provide assistance in trouble shooting the customer’s electronic device
  • Document all information received during the call, as well as the result with appropriate notation / coding
  • Meet and exceed key metrics – such as calls per hour, adherence, and quality

  • Must be able to work flexible days, including weekends
  • Must have at least one year of help desk support experience and at least one year of troubleshooting experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to provide full documentation of customer interactions
  • Must be computer / Tech Savvy
