Key Responsibilities for Inventory Coordinator:
- Manage shipping and receiving of surgical inventory to support hospital cases
- Communicate with surgical and sales teams to ensure inventory needs are met
- Assemble and prepare surgical instruments and orthopedic implants for delivery
- Place and track orders to ensure proper surgical coverage
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to inventory requests and availability
- Review order requirements and proactively resolve any inventory-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel and related tools
Qualifications for Inventory Coordinator:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Strong interest in the medical device or orthopedic industry
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and communicate clearly
