Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care in critical care environments, addressing all clinical needs with empathy and professionalism.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain meticulous medical records in ICU, ER, and emergency situations.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse health care team to create and implement patient care plans in acute care and specialty units.

• Utilize your clinical experience to handle various health care situations, adapting to each patent's unique needs in Latch and Step Down units.

• Maintain an active RN license and stay up-to-date with the latest health care practices in hospital settings.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in your state.

• Proven RN experience, prioritizing patient-centered care in critical care, ICU, ER, and emergency settings.
