Precision Staffing is seeking a dedicated working Janitorial Supervisor to ensure that all janitorial teams meet safety, quality, and production standards. In addition to supervisory duties, this role will involve performing janitorial tasks.
- Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (12:00 pm to 8:30 pm) - OT as needed
- Location: Downtown Cincinnati
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Pay: $20 - $22.50
Key Responsibilities for Janitorial Supervisor:
- Act as the on-site, single-point customer contact.
- Monitor and report daily on safety, quality, productivity, and inventory.
- Lead continuous improvement programs and provide cause and corrective action analysis.
- Assess and report overall performance against standards.
- Assist in setting short- and long-term goals and objectives.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet required standards to drive company vehicles.
Requirements for Janitorial Supervisor:
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- 5-8 years of janitorial experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures, quality control, cleaning machines used in office or industrial environments, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repeated bending, stooping, and reaching, and operate equipment required by the contract.
- Must pass an initial drug test and undergo random testing throughout employment.
- Must obtain and maintain contract-established security clearance.
