Financial Advisor Assistant
Precision Staffing seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join a key client in the Mt. Lookout area as an Financial Advisor Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential daily administrative and operational support to the Investment Advisor/CEO, ensuring seamless business operations and delivering unparalleled client service. Responsibilities for Financial Advisor Assistant:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Investment Advisor/CEO, including managing emails, calls, communications, faxes, and inquiries.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of compliance in all business activities.
- Assist in achieving business goals by supporting the Investment Advisor/CEO in various tasks and projects.
- Manage incoming administrative communications and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Maintain client communication using a contact management system.
- Schedule and prepare the advisor for client meetings and reviews.
- Assist in organizing client events, sending birthday cards, holiday acknowledgments, newsletters, etc.
Qualifications for Financial Advisor Assistant:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with a working understanding of contact management software.
- Enthusiastic team player who is motivated, reliable, and professional.
- Personable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy routine tasks.
